The Club is pleased to be sponsoring the Field Gun Crew, both A and B teams at HMS Collingwood again this year as we have done since 2019. Our £1500 donation helps to provide the team with training kit, with the Club logo featuring on the arm of their shirts.
The team recently paid a visit to the club for pre-season drinks as you can see from the photo. At the end of the season, the team usually return to the DOC Club for their annual end of season dinner, where the custom is usually to present the Club with a shirt.
Unfortunately due to our bar refurbishment project this year, it cannot take place. The two latest shirts can be seen on display in the Club and the 2023 shirt will be presented to us soon, so that we can frame it and display in the main bar.
